Once lost now found

Ok, I was once lost and now I am found....I shortly left the blackberry world for an I-phone but I am back.....Need some help........
I have a yahoo email account which when setup on my old I-phone, the phone brought over all my folders, email, etc wireless.......Can I do the same with my blackberry? Or can I setup software on my computer to wireless sync my emails, calendar and contacts?
