So I recently switched from a 8900 to a 9700. I use the Sonar Ping sound for my SMS, and on the 8900 it was perfect - a ping, short pause, and another ping. On the 9700 it does ping/ping/ping so close together I find them annoying. I can set the 9700 to only do 1 ping, but I don't always hear the first one so I prefer to keep multiple - anyone know of a way to return that slight delay? I'm not sure if it was actually part of the audio sound (perhaps a second or two of silence) or if the 8900 had a short pause between repeating it.

I normally only use 1 ping - but I just checked to see what it sounded like w/2 and it was ping short pause ping.
