Default Multiple page tif files

I cannot read / see the 2nd page of a 2 page fax on my BB. Can anyone else do this? These faxes are converted to a .tif file using Rightfax on an Exchange Server.

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm using BWC (Web Client), not BES, and I am able to first "Zoom In" on a fax page (which does look blurry). Then you click the trackwheel again, and select "Enlarge Area" - this sends you the clear image of the area of the image that is blurry.

Thanks,
Martin

Question Viewing Pages 2, 3 and beyond in TIF format fax

I can view page 1 in a .tif format attached efax, but cannot seem to find out how to view pages 2 and beyond. The table of contents command gives me an error. Any ideas?

Take a look at this link: http://www.cerience.com/products/pro...erry/index.htm

"RepliGo™ Professional for BlackBerry® allows you to see your email attachments the way you were meant to see them — like the original! Stay productive, in touch and have the ability to act immediately with RepliGo."

"RepliGo Professional supports the most popular file formats, including Adobe® PDF, Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint® and Excel, zip, and fax and image files such as BMP, GIF, PNG, JPG and TIF, allowing users to stay in touch with all communications."

I downloaded it last week and it works as advertized. I am not associated with the company, just a happy user.

Wink RepliGo

Thanks for the info on RepliGo - I just did the free trial and it's MUCH better than the 'native' Attachment Viewer with BlackBerry Web Client. If you work with attachments a great deal - it seems like a good solution. (but will cost you a subscription fee)

I also figured out how to view pages 2 and beyond with my eFax service (at no additional cost) - change the format from TIF to PDF in the eFax sending options.

Greetings, I'm fairly new to BlackBerry. I've got 10 users running 4.1 with BB 7290. I've got a generic fax server and I'm looking for a solution that is relatively cheap (no monthly fee would be nice) since this is not something that we'd use heavily. Mail2Fax is something that might suit my needs, but the setup instructions are quite minimal. Has anyone set up a fax server to use this or similar software? I'm trying to figure out what needs to be done on the server side. Other inexpensive software suggestions are welcome, but I'd rather not spend $100 or more each month to give my users the option of printing from BB.
