Forgive me if this has been covered but i couldn't find it anywhere. Can the plazmic theme builder be used to change the colors of the zen theme? ie: change the blue of the service icon and the yellow of the Extras icon (start menu-like icon) or the yellow behind the highlighted application?

Simple answer, No, maybe the capability will be included in the next release, maybe not.
