As these are the two 3rd party apps I can not live without, will Telenav 5.1 and ToDoMatrix 2008 work with 4.5.0.75?

TN will, yes.

I don't use TDM, so I can't confirm, however I do know a HEAVY user of TDM who has not commented of any issues, and I know he has been on 4.5 for several months. So, I am assuming yes. Don't shoot me if not, but my dollar says yes.

Where you do get the browse button?

Did you delete any cod files in the upgrade process, such as perhaps to optimize your memory per our colleague John Clark's thread?

If so, did you delete "net_rim_bb_medialoader_sonic_networks"?

Add that cod back to the java folder, and run the OS upgrade again.

If you deleted it (I always follow JC's advice to move the cod files to another folder), then run the OS installation again to your PC, and you are good to go.

thanks I just checked the process in the JAYCEEMOP and realised that it was a good thing for me to make a removed folder.

i am at homw now and have the os on download now - i did the upgrade at work [naughty me eh!]

can i just run the upgrade here with the cod file back in place or shall i do the thing at wrk?

I read that you don't need to upgrade the DM is you have 4.2 Sp2. I have 4.2.2.14 Can you telll me if this is service pack 2 or if I have to attempt to update to 4.5.

Also.... My wifes Curve is set up to synch with her Vista laptop. Has anyone had trouble upgrading the Curve to the latest software when using Vista? I have XP on my laptop so I am not expecting trouble when I update mine. Any help would be apprecieated as this will be my first upgrade.

And finally...lol... Will my ringtones and contacts automatically reload with the OS upgrade or do I need to back them up and reload them myself. I know I will prolly be redoing my MP3 files on my sd card since it seems formatting the card in 4.5 will save me some headaches but my ringtones are on the phone not the card.

27048544 Bytes that's what I got now have not optimized yet and only one batt pull. Been using all day and has not fallen below 24xxxxxx. Also batt life is much better and I have been using Nav4all.

Yahoo works with no problem and so far all websites are loading and able to input text with no problem.
My recorder,camera,video all work.

Does anyone know what Wireless Upgrade is?
When you go into options-applications there is the Wireless Upgrade at the bottom.
Don't want to use it since it might not be for ATT and hit me into a Italy system or something

Hypothetically speaking, suppose I downloaded the beta version of 4.5.0.52 (Platform 2.7.0.66) and installed that into my phone last week....

Would I benefit from downloading this "official" version, or is it going to be the same. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Not a stupid question.

No advantage in upgrading again to this, releases of the same #, are the same.

When I optimize I got this message in my SMS folder. This is the second time with the first 4.5.0.46 and now this one.

Don't get it with the older Operating Systems
