i had a previous version of my phone backed up by desktop manager. then i loaded the history to a newer phone and it automatically updated my pin for the contact on the other end in BBM. i received and even newer (third) phone and did the same thing however now the phone is not updating my pin for the contact on the other end. How can fix this without having to message every single person? please help.
