I would definitely suspect your provider. Does your laptop have WiFi? You can go download everything you need at McDonalds. Just a suggestion.

I assume you are talking about the Avatar theme? You need to make sure the Avatar theme is built for the same OS as you have on your BB.

With all due respect, this thread was created for the Official OS, and problems with the Official OS.

I'd have to recommend you start your thread at this point.

You will need to talk to your BES admin. No one here could possibly know what your BES admin set the EA password as.

AS you asked in your other thread - http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ve-8320-a.html - the Curve can not run OS 5. Additionally, this is a thread about the 8330 and not the 8320.

The latest version of the OS for the 8320 is located here - http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ilanguage.html

I have downloaded the OS 5 for my bb 8330 ESN and deleted teh vendor.xml and run the loader.exe and the process finished very quick like 10 mins. When i checkd my phone it still says OS 4.5 and when i try to update to OS 5 again it says my phone is already updated.

Are you sure yours is a ESN version and not a MEID?

I hate to sound like an amateur, but this is my first blackberry. How in god's name do you receive and send pictures? I've been trying to send my ma a picture of me and my new girl but i can't figure out how to receive the picture and send it. And since it has no camera I'm kinda out of options
