error code for BB weather

on bb weather icon says NA then when going into app its says:
ERROR- Current Conditions Thread:
java.io.IO Exception:Failed to transmit
and suggestions, Im lost thanks in advance

That did it when it doubt do a battery pull huh? LOL Is there a battery pull app or can I ask that on this thread?
