I am using a 8700c. In my in-box, when I click on "Delete Prior", it doesn't work. It worked in my old 7290. Any fix?

I have a 8700c on Tmobile running bharti os. Just tried "Delete Prior" and it worked. What OS are your using?

I just got my new 8700c today. Running BES. Even when I try to delete my e-mails one-by-one, it doesn't work. I can only delete e-mails that came in today after 6 pm. E-mails from 17 April until 5.59 pm today cannot be deleted.

I got it fixed. I had to use my Blackberry Desktop Manager to delete the e-mails.
