Broken LCDs are garbage. Maybe you can find a recycling center that will dispose of them properly. You're not looking for money for them, are you?

Hey, I'd be lying if I said if someone offered me money for junk that i wouldnt take it, but the main reason for my post is that I work at a repair shop and my boss was about to chuck like forty lcd's in the garbage, and i stopped him hoping to find a recycle center or someone who might make use of them. It bothers me to see things just get thrown away..suprisingly its hard to find any recycling places accepting lcds online. Thanks again for the read guys.

P.S. when i say broken i mean not functioning not shattered or cracked.

Where are you located? Check with your local sanitation department for references on recyclers... or if there's a DataDoctors computer shop in your area, they will take stuff like that and recycle it.
