How do I upload a new theme to my BB?

IF the file states that is an "OTA" install (over the air install), you go to that site on your BlackBerry browser and click on the link for the OTA install.

Some themes are OTA, some require the use of a PC and Desktop Manager to load and install. Those usually are "zip" files.
