Default Home screen icons

Please Login to Remove!

"A complete novice" thats me. I have just started using the Blackberry 7250 as apposed to using my PDA. The only thing I find frustrating is having to thumbwheel through all the icons to get to my destination.

Is there a way to manage the desktop icons or are we stuck with them, and is there any third party software that can fix this.

Any help would be great..thanks ...eric

How can I actually delete icons from my home screen? I would love to get rid of the ones I don't use, like "account setup". I'm using the 7250.

Go to PHONE, OPTIONS, GENERAL OPTIONS and change Dial From Home Screen to NO. This should allow your shortcuts to work properly.
