Considering how much Verizon has been bashing the iphone and Steve Jobs, I highly doubt Apple would ever deal with Verizon.

I read both articles. Maybe an improved droid will be the answer.

With the droid being out, I don't see why they would want an iPhone.

Agreed. Especially the attacks on Apple from when Verizon came out with the Droid, there's probably still some bitter blood in Apple. I know for a fact that ATT signed another contract with Apple guaranteeing exclusivity for one more year, but I doubt Apple will make the iphone for Verizon, seeing as they would have to build a CDMA version of the iphone.

I doubt you will see an iphone for Verizon until LTE is fully deployed.

Not to bring up a dead thread, but I just read this article and it seems pretty logical.

I spoke to a VZW Tech Support Manager a couple days ago and she said it is coming, but she couldn't say when. Maybe wishful thinking, maybe internal rumor, maybe an internal memo. Who knows.

If it happens, it happens and many VZW customers will be very happy and Apple will sell several million more devices. And then the Verizon network will come tumbling down.

This is getting to be like those waiting for the second coming. They have been waiting for about 2000 years. How long are you willing to wait for an iPhony? Who knows, maybe VZW will get the iPhony 2000.

So all the AT&T iPhone users have to line up to get new ones, right?

Unless they fix / redesign the iPhone 4 by then I highly doubt anyone, except fanboys, will want that "revolutionary" piece of crap...

This is just another rumor, I highly doubt Verizon would do serious business with Apple, espescially now.

I think Verizon would LOVE to have the iPhone... They would sell a TON to the kool aid drinkers that want no part of ATT crap network...

I imagine Apple will make needed changes to the iPhone hardware by coating the antenna or something like that... I would assume Verizon would require this if they were smart...
