10:52am - Representatives from HSBC, one of the world’s largest financial corporations, have now come on to discuss their "right-sourcing" best practices and solutions, which includes BRAMBLE, an in-house solution for BES management, monitoring, provisioning and more.

I've heard a lot of stories about this project, but was wondering if anyone here has? It's supposed to be an end to end provisioning solution. Sounds pretty interesting if you ask me.

It was designed in-house for use in their environment and was never planned on being released outside of HSBC. From what I heard, it was very slow and very painful to use, in part due to their 30,000+ user installation.
