Hello.

I have a problem for an entreprise activation. Can you help me ?

Im using a BES 4.1.4 And a blackberry curve 8300.

Im trying to activate this blackberry through Wi-fi :
I fill the field : "Activation server address" with the server ip address.
I fill the field : "Email" with the email of the account I want to activate
I fill the field : "Password" with the password I received in the mailbox (the one I generated in the BES).
The pin field is automaticaly filled.

I push activate, but nothing happens. The blackberry shows a mesage of an attempt to activate, but this messages keeps displayed indefinitely.

I see this error message in the events log : [DEVICE_SRP:pin of the blackberry I want to activate:00b95598] Receive_UNKNOWN, VERSION=2, CMD=241

Would you have any advice on how to solve this problem ?

Do you have access to your corporate Spam Firewall? If so verify that the email that RIM sends out to the handheld is getting there - maybe its getting picked up as Spam there.

I believe you have to have WI-FI activation enabled on the BES. Here are some articles from RIM's site.
