I wanted to do a consultation and I can not find a solution in their forum (the most active Hispanic).

• I tried installing a 4.5 (latest available date), the 4.2.1.66 (movistar chile) and one over 4.2.1 which mentioned previously.
• I deleted the vendor.xml

What have you tried?

• Upgrading to AppLoader with the battery installed and no results and I get an error qu to get through the first step where it says "Loading JVM and system software, the error says something like 0x0000000E
• Upgrading to AppLoader and without battery, but is stuck in the same place, however this time shows no mistake, only sticks. I waited 6 hours and did not move (in fact remained so throughout the night while sleeping)
• Update to the loader / nojvm and battery installed but falls and makes the same mistake as in section 1 (Error 0x0000000E)
• Update via cmd with loader / nojvm and without battery but is stuck for hours without moving from "Loading JVM and System Software"
• Jl_cmder and I tried to do anything and says "Connect to device ... can not open port" ... or something, the thing is, do not open the port.

Anyone know what I need to do?
