App Failed - had to refresh, now nothing?
Please Login to Remove!
so i just got my blackberry today... played with it for a couple hours trying to figure it out. i had all my apps on the main screen, i was in something and a message came up saying something like app failed. it had an option to refresh and its the only thing i could click, wouldnt let me go back to the main menu or. so i clicked refresh. now my screen has the date, time and instead of 5 apps at going across the bottom, its five black circles. i cant check anything or do anything except click the green call button and see my past calls. how do i get my apps back and why did this happen???

huh?
There is a battery door release somewhere.
Or do you have some kind of other case enclosing everything?

Is it a rubber gel case or a hard box like case?
