Missing icon for app

Default Missing icon for app

Please Login to Remove!
I have a user who is missing her Sprint Navigation icon, but the app is installed under Applications... How would I get the icon back? I've looked through all the folders and I have Show All enabled.

If you go into Options > Advanced Options > Applications, is the application listed?

Be sure that you look in the Documents to Go folder/briefcase.

Try a battery pull, and as Motorcycle Mama stated, check the Docs To Go folder.

Hit the menu key and do a "Show All' maybe it got hidden.
