I updated to 4.5.0.77 recently. Yesterday I tried to install WeatherBug Direct from the link below, but the download link doesn't appear on my browser. I have tried the same thing on phones that are still on the old version of the BB OS and the link shows up and I am able to install.

Has anyone else tried on 4.5.0.77?

If you go to this link on your phone, you should see a link at the bottom to download.

It worked for me, try clearing the history in the web browser, pull the bettery and try again.

did that already...... The last line I see on that page is Navigate to this page on your Blackberry device to download

Just google weatherbug direct for blackberry and click on the first link, that will give you the page where you can find the download link.

I just installed 4.5.0.77 today and I am able to navigate to the page like normal.

I don't think you are understanding what I'm saying. I can get to the download page, but the download link to install isn't shown on my v 4.5.0.77 device like it is on my others.

I too have recently up graded my OS to 4.5 I have the blackberry curve. When I try to navigate to the link for weatherbug direct I get an error that said it does not recognize the code or something like that????? It seems some folks with 4.5 aren't having a problem but so are others...

Try accessing this link from your BlackBerry Browser:

WeatherBug Direct For Blackberry

and click on the 4.5 link for your OS.

If that doesn't work, what options do you have enabled in your BB Browser options? (Emulation Mode, etc)

I've got my emulation mode set to BlackBerry and all the option checked (Javascript, HTML tables, etc)

Hey thanks for responding so quickly. I have tried to go the link several ways and it just reads in details cannot find. I am not sure what you mean by BB Browswer options - I can go there and i either can choose Blackberry Enterprise or Internet as my options...any other thoughts?

Are you on a BES?

Try opening the Browser, make sure the browser says internet browser, on this page you should have options for "HTML Tables", "style Sheets", "Java script" I've got all of those check and Emulation mode set to "BlackBerry"

I see what you mean.... I deleted WeatherBug Direct now I am trying to re-install it lol.

Figured it out!!!

In your BlackBerry browser use the "Go To" option and manually in the address "http://blackberry.weatherbug.com/download" (exactlly as is without the quotes) and hit enter.. On the page that loads up you will have a link labeled "Download WeatherBug Direct" it will give you the option to download it.
