Please Login to Remove!

Hi Friends,

I am using blackberry curve 9320,I wanted to backup the data, but when i connect the mobile it is not getting detected on my laptop.

I am using blackberry desktop software 7.1 and installed blackberry USB drivers also, still no luck.

USB port is working fine.OS on laptop is windows 7 professional 64bit SP1.

Please help, this is very annoying, as i have been trying to get it done from last 5 days.

Thanks & Regards,
Vishal
