Default Blackberry--- Failure Of An Bad Product

Please Login to Remove!

Through many posts to this forum, emails to Blackberry, seeking advice from other users(who have confirmed that my phone is a dud),

I have returned my phone to Blackberry under warranty.

After 4 months,I could not get the phone to download(trying 3 pcs) to the pcs. Conversely,it will not take up from the pcs.Online the pcs were downloaded the appropriate software.

When connected the phone showed the clock ,as it did when it was being re charged. There were no obvious instructions from this display.

I now have a a Apple Iphone---like the Nokia,I had previously,it downloads and uploads, without problems and not having to fiddle to get the process working. This is after simple written notes are adhered to.

Beware of this problem, and maybe i can get some retribution for this unfortunate foray.

Your device was a dud, so you abandoned the brand entirely?

Enjoy your shiny new iPhone. Hope it's not a dud.

BTW, there is no BB9740. You might have had a knock off device and not a real BB.

There was a failure, alright, but it had nothing to do with a BlackBerry device.

This was the OP's first post, so clearly he never asked any questions here. I seriously doubt he bothered to search or read the FAQ as nothing I've seen from him demonstrates either common sense or intelligence. Perhaps he's more of an iPhone kind of guy.

Well, 'many' is a relative term. Maybe in OP's world, one is many. Like, 'I tried to reolve my issue many times'
