They say on the page its the curve 2 hmmm

looks like slipnslide just wanted to promote the price of Javelin in India. hahahaha!!!! BTW I have question for you slipnslide. I have bold and I am coming to India next month. If you can help me to know which compnay has the cheapest unlimited data plan for blackberry in India.

haha. nothing of that sort. i just got mixed up with the 3 forums that I am part of. I thought I was posting on the Indian forum. sorry about that.

i wasnt trying to promote tha jav. even though I do think it is an awesome handset.

anyways - there are 2 GSM blackberry service providers Airtel and Vodafone. Their unlimited rates are exactly the same. INR 899/- per month. Data charges when used as a tethered modem are extra.

I am with Vodafone. I have no complains other than the 'regular' drop calls problem, which seems to be a problem with all operators here. I guess its the price to pay for being one of the fastest growing mobile phone markets in the world.

I have heard that thecustomer service dept of Airtel is way too slow. So Vodafone shud be ur best bet.
