Hi,

We are in the process of moving our 20,000 mailboxes from 2003 to 2010 and we are seeing some serious performance issues. We are still in a mixed environment soo cannot switch to LDAP/EWS yet but I understand that as we are now in a DAG situation we need to move away from using the normal 'agent per server' approach to using MaxUsersPerAgent and MaxMailboxesPerSession. I'm really struggling to find any articles or recommendations on what to set these values to or even if we should be using them. Can anyone assist?

We are currently running with 10 agents, 3 of which point at 2010, and these keep crapping out with a memory error as I imagine there are too many users on them.
