I'm having this problem right now. I cleared the Browser Cache and Profiles....still nothing. Seems I get the error when it's attempting to back-up my "Messages". Does that mean I need to clear my Messages Database or something? What excatly happens when you do this? I won't be clearing/deleting messages from my device will I?

On 8330, I have deleted the WSJ reader, and cleared the browser cache database. I cannot clear the profiles database - it is grayed out. Also, I cannot really tell where the backup is failing - the last thing shown backed up is the Phone Hotlist. Is there a log file somewhere I can look at? Does anyone have any additional ideas on fixing the backup? I have not had a successful backup in 4 months! Has not mattered which DM I run - now running 4.7

I have BB 9530 (storm) 4.7.0.75 firmware DM 4.7.0.32
Mine seems to error out at the very end of browser options
I've cleared the browser options and the one after (browser push)
After doing that browser push disappeared and browser bookmarks now follows the browser options.
The error still persist.

Deleted this fix. A lot missing now so the fix I tried actually created a bit of issues.
