Default ****Help Please****Troubleshooting Error (SPRINT 8330)

Please Login to Remove!

Hello I recently lost my 8330 and had to call for a replacement. For the most part everything is up and running but I have two things that seem to be bothering me.

The problem is more so a pet peeve. But when I dial *2 my phone call gets directed to customer service, but the prompt I get says Activating Start -------->Then it turns to Activating... I can take care of everything and do my CS calls but when I end it it says "Activation was Unsuccessful" I called CS and asked them to flag my account for a PRL update. I did do the update and that came out successful but at the same time the original *2 (Activating... glitch) is still there. Does anyone know what it means?

I have everything running but these two things are driving me nuts. If you need further explanation please let me know. Thanks

P.S. I did try searching to see if I can find topics but I did not. If you know this has been answered elsewhere please show me the link and I will gladly delete my thread.

Edit: Solved one issue, it was placed in a different folder.

I press it because normally it would say Customer Service not Activating... hence why I am curious.

Anyone know what is the deal?
