If you do it TWICE in succession, it does take longer to come back online. You do it the second time just as the screen comes back on and turns WHITE. Do the 3-fingers again, then for a complete reset.

Just installed soft reset for bb pearl. Clicked on Reset. Please Wait momentarily appeared, then

Uncaught
exception:
java.lang.illegalArgumentException OK Returns to application Press Red to Reset

Any sensible suggestions Anyone. Dont want to pull out battery.
