Default Attach email signature - html file

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know (if or) how to attach a html file as an email signature? I have an email sig for my desktop email and want to ensure that the same signature is appended to outgoing emails from my handheld... I would like to ensure that users receiving email from my handheld are receiving the same formatted emails as if they were sent from my laptop...

Thanks

There is a post over on crackberry describing exactly how to do this but as I am new here it won't let me post a link.

BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com > BlackBerry Device Help and Discussion Forums > BlackBerry Bold 9000

and search for the thread title

Is there a way to have an HTML signature?

Please let me know if this works. I am attempting to do the same thing.

Welcome to the BBForums.

1. you can go welcome some new members, and post your own, in our New Members area... 10 posts minimum for links.

2. BlackBerrys don't send HTML. You can write html code in a sent email or autotext signature such as

HTML Code:
<color=red>New2Blackberry@ is my name</color>
...but it is not easy and can't really done on the fly.

If your using a BES, you can use the same plain text signature in both places. Or another recommendation is to link to a signature file stored on the web somewhere.
