So I was looking at my wireless account page to see if the new data plans are going to apply to blackberries as well or just iphones...I have the basic $30/month Blackberry personal plan for unlimited data and no texts, but under the usage page, it says I have:

Text/IM Messaging
SMS ALL1 100MSGS $0.1ADDL

0/100

How did I get 100 free texts? Or is this a mirage and its the basic 10cents per text message? But why 0/100 then?

Unless AT&T did something without fanfare, I don't know what you have. They did not use to give you any free text messages unless you got some sort of promotion...

And text messages are $0.20 each, NOT $0.10.
