how do i make my storm 9530 browse the internet since i cannot find the browser icon. My network carriers are MTN Nigeria and Etisalat Nigeria

Have you activated the Blackberry Services from your operator?
If you have got then confirm whether you have got the Blackberry Data Plan or not ?

You'll get the browser icon once you have a Blackberry data plan.
