Default How to retrieve Black Berry Curve 8900 that hangs up?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there, i really have a hard time dealing with my Black Berry Curve 8900 today. Every time i turn it on, it seems that it doesn't have a problem, i can see the home of the phone but when i tried using it like pressing the keypads or moving the trackball nothing is happening. Around 1 minute after, the cellphone sleeps and the light turns off. No matter what i do, i cant make the light turn on again since even i move the track ball and press the keypads nothing is happening. It seems that it's hang up. I can't reformat in the Options since the keypads and trackball don't even function. What should i do? :( Please help me.

Although it is old and a new one would solve your problem, try a new battery unless your sure the battery is fully charged. Does this happen if it's plugged into a power source?
