Hello. I have a7230 from tmobile. I received 2 emails telling me not to remove or move email. It said it will be processed by the server. Both files have attachments. Any idea what these emails are for?

Those are messages that the BES or Redirector uses to process your other emails. Ignore them, they will be processed by the server.

Thankyou for the quick reply. One more question. I set up my email account and my aol is pushed to my device but when I try to reply or compose mail it says my messages are not configured. Any advice?

Same thing happened to me. Rep told me it was because of Enterprise Activation. If i was not using it, i was told to go ahead and delete them. So i was told.

When people get these messages, who are not using a BES server, it means they click on the Enterprise Activation and then selected Activate... You should go to Options, Enterprises Activation, then click the thumbwheel and Cancel activation.

I'm on BES but the email address and password in the activation selection is empty. Everything works to my knowledge. Is this normal?

If your enterprise activation was done via cable, you won't have anything in there, if it was done OTA, then you will have your email address listed in there...
