Thats weird because I have a 7520 and ShopEdge works fine.

You have RIM OS 4.0 with DOD Root Certificate installed. Somehow, many Nextel customers do not seem to have DOD Toot Certificate installed.

All they have to do is to use Blackberry Desktop Manager on PC, use Application Loader and install DOD Root Certificate.

your company also advertises for Moneyedge on the blackberry on your site, but it's nowhere to be downloaded. When will this be released? Also, I haven't been able to send any emails to your company, they all seem to bounce back.

It is possible that you have an old build of TrafficEdge for Blackberry. Please download the latest build from Handango.com (April 26, 2005 or later) and TrafficEdge should work on your Nextel Blackberry 7520 device.
