Webmessenger registration problem.

I've downloaded the WebMessenger trial and am attempting to register over the air by filling out the user profile and then submitting the parameters/data. The status shows 10% and then shortly after that, I receive a popup error indicating "Unknown Result".
Has anyone come across this before. Is there a workaround or is it a result of something I not understanding properly? (This is on a 7100t)
