Hi all,
I did my migration this morning and i had to wipe a device of a user due to POLICY problem.
when i re activate the user by the enterprise activation everything sync OK exept MAILS ...
the user only receive new mails not old one ..... how is it possible i did it yesterday with another account and i had no problem .....
do you have any ideas ???? do i have to delete user from BES server and create it again ... and if i do that the user will find back all his mail, personnal contact and calendar ???
