Default Blackberry Music Gateway Pair With BT Headset

Please Login to Remove!

I purchased a new BMG with the assumption that I can pair it with a stereo BT headset so that I can watch TV while working out without the cords, etc... Now that I have all the hardware I noticed that there are no instructions as to how I can pair two BT devices in the absence of a screen or ability to enter password(s)... How can this be done??

Push on the center of the Gateway until the indicator light flashes intermittently red and blue. Immediately on your Blackberry go to
-Manage Connections (looks like an antenna)
-Set Up Bluetooth
then
-Search

As long as the Gateway is still flashing Red-Blue Your Blackberry should show audi device found (or something like that) and Display "Blackberry Stereo Gateway". Click on it and it will connect and ask for the 4 digit PIN number. I think its 0000 (most are). If that doesn't work try again with 1234. The Gateway should now be flashing just blue and you are all set to go. I did this by memory so it may not be perfect. If you have any problems leave a post and I'll go through the steps on mine to see what I missed.

Thanks for taking your time with the response. However, I already can pair the BMG with my BB and this is not my question. I am trying to pair the BMG directly with a stereo bluetooth headset, without even involving the blackberry. The BMG would broadcast the audio from my tv, and I would capture it with the BT headset - no blackberry. I have no idea how I can pair the stereo BT headset with the BMG.
