Ok I am on BES 4.1 and some people in legal are wanting as much info on a user they can get. Mostly they just want logs showing if it went long periods of times of being disconnected, meaning the person just never used the phone.

Now I know where the logs are on the BES but the problem is that they only go back a month. Whoever setup this BES only had it on a 30 day turn over.

Is there a way either on the device or on the BES to go back further? They are wanting everything from Jan 1 forward.

Is there a program that will let me dump all the info off of it?

No, other than the logs, there is nothing. You could ask your service provider regarding data traffic, but normally they don't give any data out without court order.
