I did a full backup using BB Link on Sunday 23, I reset my z10 phone today & then did a restore from BB Link. It only restored 6 of my 20+ contacts. It doesn't backup any BBM chats.

Is there a good reliable backup app out there for the BB 10 devices because so far all my dealings with Link have been sub par at best.
