When I'm connected to my laptop, my battery will only charge up to 61%. It just started doing this about a month ago.
I do get a full charge when I plug in to the wall charger.
Does this seem like a setting, or symptom of something else?

Could be a problem with the port or the laptop. Have you tried another PC or laptop. Keep in mind, when dome laptops go to sleep the USB ports stop working. Could that be the problem?

I have a Dell that does exactly that. I ended up changing the options to never go into sleep mode.

Sleep mode on the phone or laptop?
This happens when I'm actually using my laptop, like when I'm tethered through it.
I have not tried another system (my kids banished me from theirs; life of a father).
