How to detect the RIM OS version using System.getproperty in blackberry device ?

I found the method it is DeviceInfo.getOSVersion();
or
we can use DeviceInfo.getPlatformVersion();

You are right. You'd better use DeviceInfo.getPlatformVersion(), because DeviceInfo.getOSVersion() is deprecated.
