We all get the D but is there a way to get an R for pins?

Yes, but this is for when you compose a PIN message to another PIN.. not over BBM i know you don't get 'R' on a PIN msg.

I get the "R" when I send a PIN message. I believe it is carrier dependent and it works like this on AT&T.
