If I got your question right, that can only be done to your files and media.
Programs cant be installed on the card but some may use the card for storage of some files.
Please clarify which sort of data you want to change location.

When i install any application from appworld it shows only phone memory storage.
For Ex i want to install Gtalk application on my BB but i want to get it installed on memory card, as the phone memory is very low

Correct, applications are ONLY installed in the device memory, no where else. Ever.
