Exclamation Memory Issues

Please Login to Remove!

I had hardly any space on my phone and needed new music, so i deleted all my old music to replace with new music, when i done so i could't add any more because my memory was lower than it was it to begin with. I've done everything like deleting all texts emails pictures and still nothing.

Pull the battery and wait for a few minutes and replace it. It will clean up the OS and load clean....unless you have more on it than your saying.

Music needs to go on the SD card, not the device itself. Also pictures and ringtones should be on the card as well.

Thats your low memory problem. Either add an SD or live with the memory problem.

I'm not some idiot, I have 1 gig of free space before I deleted the music and I now have 300 mb with no music, I also deleted all my apps emails pics and texts and I still have low memory

We are not talking about the same memory space here. Music doesn't sit in the app memory /e-mail space. If you have low memory in the 6.2GB of allotted media space, you likely have some corruption in that space. You would need to go through it with the "files" application to see where the memory is getting hammered.

In any case, no matter how smart you think you are, the internal memory is a BAD place to store media, and your persistant refusal to purchase another media card, because someone stole your other card, is actually one of the dumbest things I've heard around here for a very long time.

@tsac - the memory cleaner you refer to above will do little to nothing for the OP...it's simply designed to clean caches, nothing more. It's to enhance content security, that's really all...
