. I did get the updates for Desktop Manager, and the software updated and transferred to the device, and all is well now! BTW according to my 8110 I actually had 10 tries and not the 5 that AT&T confirmed 3 times to me. And the software version that was loaded from RIM and to the DM for my phone was v4.3.093 and not the one listed on the forum. AT&T did give me the correct unlock code. Again, thanks to all!!!
