Not sure if i am explaining this well, but here goes....I have previosuly had an SPV500 (on Orange in the UK) and one very good feature it has is the ability to set a default number for a contact, which means particularly when your in the car it saves having to scroll and select numbers every time you want to place a call to that contact...any one any ideas on how to get a blackberry to do the same??

There is no way to set default numbers, although you can have 26 speed dial numbers set. If you have more than one number under a contact entry, it will always ask you what number you want to call, home, work, cell, other, ect...

appreciate your response shame about that...never mind the rest of its features more than make up for that shortcoming over the SPV...have you come across any good car kits for it?
