All of a sudden when I am putting new entries in my phone book, the FAX number line is missing. I look at older entries and I have FAX numbers listed. Now on new one there is no line for FAX?

What OS? I'm on 4.2.2.184 and have fax listed in my older entries and it comes up when I attempt to create a new entry.

Have you upgraded your OS (and perhaps it's not in the new release?) I have in on old and new on my device.

No fax listed in my new contacts in address book! WTF!

Maybe try upgrading to .184 to see if it resolves the issue.

I will try it but can not believe that this is because of it needing a software update! Fax entry line have been around for ever on Blackberry, something has just gone wrong with mine.

OK. Pulled the battery and FAX is back!

Did a google: "no fax blackberry"

and someone else had the same problem. Battery pull fixed it.

I had the same problem a while back, but obviously like everyone else... a battery pull fixed it. Now I am a little concern about this... A Blackberry is almost like a Microsoft Windows OS - if you are experience any sort of problem, just reboot your computer, it will fix everything!

No, the Blackberry is WAY different than a MS device. I have owned them and the BB is far superior!
