Called cs, they told me to call back tomorrow since thats when they'll be allowed to sell them and they can bill it to my account if its not above $250

I called both corp stores here and they have them in stock, but say they can't sell them. I asked if they were sure and had checked the system for the latest info, but they wouldn't budge. Anything else I should tell them? Maybe exactly where to look for the go-ahead to sell them?

The titanium and gold Curve's show up online in the Upgrade Now section of my.t-mobile.com. $249 after rebate upgrade price with extension, $449 with no extension. But I get an errror message when I try to order...bummer.

you cant tell, but its actually quite shiny, unlike the att version.

A local store in my area (South of Pittsburgh, PA) took my name and put it on the bottom of the list for upgrades. He said he'll give me a call when UPS gets there. !!!
