The 8310 is a quad-band GSM phone and will operate on just about any GSM network on the planet.

Works perfect in Jamacia, Germany, Austria, Amsterdam, Canada, USA - I can only attest to those countries though!

I tried the 8310 in almost every major European country and it was working everywhere with very few exceptions. One was St. Petersburg, Russia.

Just make sure your phone is unlocked. Otherwise you can only use it with your current service provider. Quad-band phones, ftw. Covers pretty much every corner of the globe.

Works everywhere that they support Blackberrys, except Japan and Korea.
