Default 7100T TMOBILE drop call

Please Login to Remove!

I know I have seen lots of posts on this, but I really need help. I have a 7100T with tmobile. i have had it less than a month. I dont have a day that goes by without getting a dropped call or the call dropping and I look at the screen and I see the hourglass spinning.
I called tmobile and they claim that they haven't heard of this problem
What is the best way to fix this???? And the fastest???
I am so aggravated!!

They haven't heard of this problem?

I'd try calling back and speaking to someone else personally.....

Do you know which OS you are running? 3.8 or 4.0? are you using IM?

I'm certainly no expert on this, but it is a common issue apparently. I've never had the problem.....

I would reccomend reading throught this thread....

http://www.blackberryforums.com/show...=dropped+calls

If you decide that you need to downgrade the OS, the link is here.....

http://www.blackberryforums.com/show...=downgrade+3.8

I am NOT reccomending this....I am just providing the information I have seen on here before.....

Unfortunately, I'm off to a meeting. sorry I couldn't be more help!

Good Luck.
