when i launch BridgeFiles i can see all of the folders on my Torch but not the individual files (i.e. mp3s, jpg's, etc). it shows me the media card which is where i store all of my media files but for some reason i can't see them, i can only see the folders. any suggestions? thanks in advance!

The bridge files app does not support media files. I do not know the reason and have been assuming this is not permanent. You will see document files if they are not encrypted.
