I just activated an 8700c with our Enterprise server.
It chimes when new mail arrives, but does not display the email, just mail that was there when the device first synced. Any thoughts?

I just blew my account out of the BES, recreated it and am now reactivating.
We'll see what happens now.

are the date and time correct? when new email arrives, it is time stamped from the device time.

for example, you activate a device with the time being 2 days behind. the device prepopulates with the messages with the correct time. when you receive a new message, it arrives and is marked as being received 2 days ago and is therefore in the messages list down for the date 2 days ago

You'll need the 2007 DST patch for your 8700... geez they still make batteries for it?
